We provide a 7-day re-ordering service (limitations apply) for all existing fitted customers and new members joining the team.

Recycling Services (our core values)

At ecouture, we much prefer to use an existing suit from someone who has left the team. All our garments are manufactured with ample inlay (large seams) to adjust the garment up or down at least 2 sizes. We can reline garments (for hygiene) if required, the cost of this being a fraction of a replacement suit.

Valet alteration services

ecouture provides an express valet alteration service with a 24-48 hours turn around for reasonable sized quantities. All of our alterations are of the highest standard and will be returned to you, repressed and in the highest quality suit carrier.

Maternity Option

ecouture provides an alternative range of garments parallel to the brand with practical, comfortable adaptations to suit many customers in the early or late stages of pregnancy.

Dedicated Rebranding Service

ecouture have provided and currently provide a dedicated rebranding service with the ability to strip down in seam branding and rebuild the garment with alternative colour trim where required. ecouture also have the facility to remake all accessories such as scarves, ties etc.

On completion, the garments will be delivered in high-grade suit carriers. A first fitting session will take place with the tailor, customer and manager. (We recommend the same manager be present where possible). The garments are assessed for fit individually and all together to ensure all is correct and agreed.

Alterations

Small fine trim alterations may need to be made at this stage and this will be agreed and carried out promptly. (up to 3 days maximum). The final fitting session is then carried out with the 3 parties involved and a signature will be required for acceptance from the customer and the manager.

Production takes place at our manufacturing base in Walthamstow London E17 where our team of bespoke cutters and tailors will produce the finest of bespoke singularly cut garments to the agreed design and specification. The process will take anything from 14 days (platinum service), 21 days (gold service) and 28 days (silver service).

After this period the garments will be ready for delivery allowing 2-3 days for alterations if required.

Once the cost approval has taken place, clear timelines are agreed to allow for several visits if required for initial measurements.

Depending on the chosen service level, a production schedule is drawn up which will allow for delivery plus alterations if required.

ecouture practices a managed fitting service consisting of tailor /customer/manager. Measurements will be taken at this stage along with a sample aided tailoring fitting (Kaliko) and the details relating to the fit are documented, agreed and signed for by the customer and the manager.

This does depend on the service level agreed. See notes on bespoke tailoring levels – silver, gold and platinum services.

In order to provide a framework of production cost, we will need to assess the basic requirements of the team. These are some examples:

• Would they like all trousers with their suits? Or all skirts?
• Are there part-time team members who require fewer suits?
• Are there maternity requirements? (specialised adjustable maternity dresses, skirts, trousers etc)

A spreadsheet of all the requirements/ quantities are presented and a costing (quote) is based on this along with the service level chosen

The team at ecouture understand the importance of final product presentation. Not only do our clients like an artistic impression, but the final product in the fabric and lining of their choice. This gives an honest picture of what will be delivered.

When making contact with ecouture for the first time we will run through some basic questions over the phone or by email leading onto an initial face-to-face meeting.

At this meeting, we will listen carefully to your company requirements and current circumstances. For example, you may be moving to new premises or merging with another company or even planning a complete rebrand and require our support.

This meeting we consider the most important as it provides the blueprint for the rest of the process.

On our second visit, we will focus on discovering the personality (focal direction of the brand). This may be in partnership with other parties such as interior designers and other brand consultants. A great amount of attention is paid to selecting the correct styling, colours and trim for the ultimate appeal which will then form the foundation for the new collection.

Design presentation methods

Bringing a fusion of dynamic designers and bespoke tailors together to deliver the ultimate brand focussed product, ecouture have three main forms of design service.

Express design

• From information gathered and discussed we move straight to sampling the garments/collection manufactured for instant presentation. The turn around time for this is 7 days.
• Multi-site presentation – the express turn around service of sampling your collection can include photographs of the garments put onto pdf slides to send out to multiple sites for national or global approval/decision.

Artistic Mood Board

• Online mood boards, digitally produced ready for multi-site recognition (n.b. These mood boards can be super imposed onto foam presentation boards.

Express Sampling

As all our garments are custom made straightforward straight forward and easy for us. We have our own manufacturing base allowing fast and accurate turn around for sampling your final product.
